Jeffrey Greg Benda
Jeff was born on June 20, 1964 in Mankato, Minnesota to Greg & LaVonne Benda and passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on June 22, 2014. Jeff was the oldest of 3 boys. He went to highschool in Omaha, Nebraska. From a young age he had a passion for dirtbikes. He started to race dirtbikes when he was a teenager. He continued to race when he moved to California where he won championships, gained sponsorships from White Brothers and was in magazines. During that time he met the mother of his five children and started a family. Tammy gave him three daughters & two sons. Jeff also had another daughter & son from previous relationships. He loved being a father and eventually a grandpa to 11 grandkids. He taught a few of his grandkids how to ride dirtbikes as he once did. Jeff was a kind-hearted man who would do what he could to help others. He loved to joke around and he always wanted life to be fun. He lived his life the way he wanted to on his terms. He will be greatly missed by all. He was a Dad to so many. Farewell Jeff, you were a great Son, Brother, Father, Grandpa, and friend. You did well.
