Ross F. Hines, 72, born in Wichita, Kansas on June 28, 1942 passed away on June 29, 2014
at his home in Sun City, California. Ross served his country during the Vietnam Conflict
in the US Air Force and was a proud patriot. He lived in California from the time he was
15 years old. Ross married the love of his life, Colleen, in 1972 in Costa Mesa, California.
He had two sons: Brian and Larry who miss him dearly. Ross is survived by his loving wife
of 42 1/2 years Colleen, His 9 grandchildren and his 9 great-grand children.
He was an avid card player and always had a smile or a laugh to share. Ross was a friend
to all and enriched the lives of all who were lucky enough to have had him in their lives.
He will be missed dearly.
Committal Services with military honors will be conducted on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 10:30
at the Riverside National Cemetery 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518
