Elizabeth Lorraine Pinkerton

Elizabeth (Betty) Loraine Hatch Pinkerton, 92, went to be with our Lord and Savior on January 8, 2018 after a short illness. Betty was born in Santa Ana, California in 1925, the fourth child of William and Elizabeth McCarter Hatch.  A California native, Betty was always active in her church and community.  Betty and her husband Paul Wayne Pinkerton met and were married after his 17-month tour in the Pacific with the Marine Corps during WW II.  With the early death of her husband Paul, Betty raised four beautiful children: Paul Wayne, Michael, Gary and Sheryl, all still residing in southern California. Betty was loved and will be sorely missed by her many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to share in a memorial service celebrating Betty’s life at Mountain View Church, 33122 Grape Street, Wildomar, CA on Thursday, January 18th at 4pm.  Graveside services will be held at Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego on Friday, January 19th at 1:30 p.m.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Betty's name to:
