Filomeno was a beloved brother to his sisters Mary Lou, Frances, Ruthie, and Julie. He was preceded in death by his cherished children, Kathy and Richard, whose memories remained a guiding light in his life.

Filomeno's professional life was defined by a strong work ethic and a commitment to his craft. For 25 years, he was a proud member of the Local Union 652, where he applied his skills and dedication to the field of construction.
