Our hearts are broken. Jim was one of the most decent, genuine and caring people I have ever known. His storytelling skills and sense of humor were second to none. He was so proud of his family and loved to talk about his children and grandchildren. He made each of us in his work family feel cared for and appreciated and enriched the lives of many hundreds of employees and their families under his leadership over more than 25 years at AIMS. I was fortunate to have known Jim as a good friend and mentor. Rest in peace, Jim.

Jim, you will be missed. I loved hearing about your stories about CSULB and the Bookstore, Go Beach! I really, *really* liked your sense of humor (Delco-Remy plated boat anchor anyone?). I always enjoyed talking and working with you.

Jim, you will always be a part of us. We will remember what fun you brought to every gathering. The kids always wanted to see what you would be up to next. See you later, brother!

A lot of fun times had with Jim and Peggy in years long since passed are now suddenly brought to mind with the sad news of Jim’s passing. My heart goes out to Peggy and all of their children and grandchildren. Jim will be missed by all that knew and loved him, but he will live on in our memories.
