Jeff Davis, 62, of Murrieta, CA, loving husband, father, son and brother, said “I have to go”, and left this world peacefully on 7/19/2017, surrounded by family and friends.

30 Year USMC Retired, MGYSGT,  Desert Storm Veteran, born to Lynn and Dolores Davis, he graduated from high school in 1973 in Prior Lake, MN., joined the Marines that same year, then met and married the love of his life Maxine (Salas)  in California, April 1978, becoming a permanent Californian.

He loved his family, friends, golf, JP5’s, Crown Apple (Crapple), and working on and flying helicopters in the Corps,  not necessarily in that order.

Survived by his wife Maxine Davis, son Jeffrey Jr., (Rodsana), daughter Liberty, grandson Desi, father Lynn, brother Mike (Jan), and sisters Connie, Debbie (Ken), Laurie (Shorty), brother-in-law Armando (Noelia) and sister-in-law Christine.  He had many great and loyal friends, known to many as “Pops”, “Da-Da” or “Papa”. To his Marines, he will always be known as “Top”.

Jeff will be forever missed and remembered by all who knew and loved him.
