Lillie Ann Mumford

Lillie Ann Mumford was born in Oklahoma City, OK on November 7, 1936 to parents Elzie & Gertrude Chandler.  She passed away at home in Perris, CA surrounded by her loving family on June 14, 2017.  She is survived by her husband of 63 years Fred Mumford; 3 children Marsha Hofer, Fred, Jr., & Robert; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; Brother Robert Chandler; Sister Barbara French; and many nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by her son Dennis.

Lillie was an exceptional woman.  She was loving person that gave sacrificially of herself to others.  With her husband Fred, she co-founded Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Perris over 30 years ago.  Lillie enjoyed singing, gardening, and doing crafts.  More than anything, she loved to help others.

A funeral service to celebrate Lillie will be held at Evans Brown Sun City Chapel on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 1:00 pm.  Interment will take place later at Riverside National Cemetery.
