I worked with Bill at Hughes for 8 years. He was always honest and reliable and someone you could rely on to get the job done right. He always had the highest personal commitment to give Hughes his best work. Bill was always ready with the short quips and his sense of humor was really appreciated in the high-stress world of construction. After leaving Hughes in the late 80s, we stayed in touch even though I eventually moved to Albuquerque. I had a visit planned for July as a part of a Southern California trip. I'm greatly saddened that this world no longer has Bill in it to keep us laughing.
