As the proud father of Nick Michaels, Lisa Holte, Peter Michaels, Greg Michaels, Michael Michaels, Julee Christie, Teresa McKeague, and Sydnee Muncrief, Alex instilled in his children the values of kindness and love that he himself embodied. His legacy also extends to his twenty-three grandchildren and three and a half great-grandchildren, who will always remember him as a loving and supportive figure in their lives. Alex's family was completed by his two sisters, Marianna and Lynn, who will fondly remember their brother's warm heart and friendly nature.
