Adrian was born in Jet, Oklahoma on October 19, 1927. He was the youngest of five children. He graduated from Jet high school in June 1945. Adrian was a proud Navy veteran. He joined in February 1946 and served in World War II. He earned the rank of electronics technician mate second class. He was honorably discharged in 1947. Adrian then moved back with his family who had moved to Buena Park, California while he was serving his country. He then attended Pasadena Nazarene College. His goal was to be an electronics engineer. Unfortunately they did not have the courses he needed so he transferred to Cal Poly to get his degree. In 1949 he married Roye Mae and they had two beautiful daughters together, Cynthia and Pamela. Sadly Roye Mae was diagnosed with cancer and passed away in 1958. After a time of mourning, he met Lois Deright at church. They dated and fell in love. They married in February 1959. They spent 61 glorious years together. They were truly best friends. They were blessed in 1964 to have Kevin join the family. Adrian's family grew to include 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Adrian was involved in the Nazarene church wherever he lived. He was on the board, the treasurer, Sunday school teacher and involved in the choir. He was a true man of God. He loved serving his Lord and his church. He left this world on July 23, 2020.  He will be truly missed by his wife and family. He was an incredible man and an inspiration and role model to his family and all he met. He will be buried on 28 August 2020 at Riverside National Cemetery with military honors.

“Then he’ll call me someday to my home far away,

Where his glory forever I’ll share.”

We love and miss you Dad.
