Audrey Elizabeth Kime Smith

Audrey Elizabeth Kime Smith, daughter of Everett Louis Kime and Nellie Emeline Beckwith Kime, born March 16 1928, peacefully passed away on the morning of September 6, 2017.  She was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband Frederick Rutter Smith who passed away on May 15, 2000.

 Audrey and Fred were married April 29, 1951 and sealed for time and all eternity in the Los Angeles Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints on October 12, 1985.  Because of their steadfastness in Christ and faithfulness to their covenants they will live together in marriage for all eternity.  Audrey loved her husband with all of her heart and together with him had six children who are deeply grateful for their legacy.  She is survived by her brother Everett Louis Kime (Rochester, New York) and five of her six children and their spouses Marty and Walt Waggoner, Mark Smith, Katie Smith (wife of her son Randy who passed away May 20, 1996), Tom and Becky Smith, Sharon and Jim Duvall and Greg and Tina Smith.  She is adored by her 25 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.  Audrey had a full and meaningful life.  She will be remembered by her posterity and by those who knew her for her faith, love, service and kindness. 

 A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 10:00 A.M.  A viewing will be held in the Relief Society Room from 9:00 until 9:45.  She will be interred at the EL Toro Memorial Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. 

 In lieu of flowers, donations to the alz.org (Alzheimers Association) are preferred.
