Billie Rose (Anderson) Rupp passed away peacefully at her home with her family present, after a short battle with cancer, on December 13, 2021.  She was born on May 25, 1945, in Boulder, Colorado to Max Anderson, Jr and Rose Dorothy (Volk) Anderson.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Roger Rupp and her three children; Jamie Curtis, Vince (Amy) Inaudi, and Jason (Stefanie) Rupp.  Billie has three grandchildren; Nicholaus Riggs, Corbin Curtis, and Harrison Rupp, and one great grandchild, Rylen Curtis.  She was predeceased by her parents and brother Michael.  She is also survived by her sister, Mary Lee Anderson.

Billie was a wonderful cook and enjoyed cooking for family and extended family for any occasion she could think of.  She was a Realtor for over 38 years. She was extremely patriotic and greatly supported her husband through his 20 year US Air Force career.  They had residences in Arkansas, California, England, and back to California.  She visited Scotland, Moscow, Greece, Italy, and Las Vegas, many times.  She established a POW/MIA office in the early 1970s distributing literature and selling bracelets.  She would attend every 4th of July parade along with family.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Providence St. Joseph Hospital using this link,
