Consuelo Lujan Stephenson

Consuelo Lujan Stephenson “Connie” was born in Phoenix, Arizona on April 2, 1920 to parents John & Elena Lujan. She passed away at home in Hemet, California on October 1, 2019.

She leaves to cherish her sweet memories by her daughter Marie Trujillo, 5 grandchildren Nancy, Lynn, Michael, Valerie, & Steve; 7 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; her younger brother Gustavo “Gus” Lujan; and many nieces and nephews also her wonderful friends. She was preceded in death by her husband James and son Dickie. Connie loved the outdoors also loved Gardening. Throughout the years, she participated in several activities including camping, fishing and hiking. She also enjoyed playing cards and sewing, also spending time with Family. Professionally, Connie worked as a Seamstress for many years.

Connie loved life and possessed a great sense-of-humor. She was a happy person and always willing to lend a helping hand. She will be greatly missed. The family invites relatives and friends to celebrate the wonderful life of Connie.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday October 17, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Evans Brown Sun City Chapel. Interment will follow at Riverside National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m.
