Damon Ray Schilber

From October 11, 1968 to September 16, 2020, a loving brilliant family man named Damon Schilber roamed this Earth. He is survived by his wife of 29 years Ivy Schilber as well as their three kids Lilly, Cameron, and Shaylee, his Mom Karen Schilber & Matt; Sister Darlene & her husband Matt; as well as his six nieces & nephews Haylee, Andrew, Shelby, Jenna, Jozef, & Jacob. Damon was preceded in death by his father Raymond Schilber.

Throughout his life, Damon worked tirelessly to provide a good life and home for his family. He was president of the family business "Schilber's Jewelry Castle" after his father passed. Before that he was Sales Manager at Stone Creek Furniture for 15 years. During his life, he made lasting friendships with many people and considered them part of his family.

In his free time he enjoyed watching the same ten movies with his wife, everything Star Wars, classic cars, working around the house, playing with the dogs and telling really bad Dad jokes to his kids. He was very loyal and strong-willed , with a heart that could laugh through every situation that came his way. He knew the answer to almost any problem and was always willing to share his thoughts. His adventurous spirit gave way to many stories and life lessons that he loved to share.

We are thankful for his time on earth and celebrate his life on October 18th at 2:00 p.m. He is loved and will be missed.
