Darnel Janae Hurst

Darnel Janae Hurst, 27 of Lake Elsinore, CA passed away on December 14, 2019 surrounded by her family and friends. Darnel was born with a genetic terminal illness called Cystic Fibrosis on May 28, 1992 to Michael and Dori Hurst. Darnel Janae was preceded in death by her brother Michael Jr. who also was born with CF. Michael Jr. passed away at age 10 in 2000. Darnel is survived by her parent’s Mike and Dori Hurst of Lake Elsinore, CA her sister Rachel West of  Concord, CA her grandparent’s Andrea and John France of Lake Forest, CA  and Bill and Theresa Hurst of Bartonville, IL. Her numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends she considered family.

Darnel loved to Crochet, listen to Music and loved to save homeless Cat’s (Orangie). Her pride and joy was her cat Beabea. She made Dream Catchers, Scarfs, Shaw’s and blankets for people. She loved to spend time with her dad fishing and shooting her gun. Most of all she loved pending time with her sister Rachel and her Mom watching Horror flicks, Shopping and just being Goofy. A Memorial Service is set for May info will follow. Cremation rights were accorded. Tributes can be made by making a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Darnel’s honor.
