Dolores Irene Stoever

Dolores Irene Stoever was born in Fond du lac, Wisconsin on January 5, 1928 and passed away at home in Sun City, California on February 11, 2019.  She is survived by her son Greg; 5 grandchildren Mike, Matt, Chris, Jennifer, & Jackie; 9 great-grandchildren; and her two Sisters Sue & Beverly.  Dolores was preceded in death by her husband Frederick and son Jeffrey.

Dolores enjoyed visiting the casino and playing Bingo.  She was often spotted driving around in the “Purple Cloud” which was her custom golf cart.  She also enjoyed talking to her son Greg on the phone.  She possessed an amazing memory and sharp mind.  Family and friends alike will miss her feisty spirit.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 1 – 5 pm at Evans Brown Sun City Chapel with a rosary at 4 p.m.  The funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church with graveside services following at 11:30 a.m. at Riverside National Cemetery.
