Doris E. Bagley was born on June 28, 1939 in Amarillo, Texas to her parents Paul and June Clark. She passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 79 in Moreno Valley, California on September 09, 2018. She married her loving husband, Gerald Bagley on September 22, 1961. Together they raised six boys Johnny Campbell, Kevin Campbell, Michael Hyatt, Christopher Hyatt, Dorian Bagley, and Damon Bagley.
Doris worked in several different jobs including Gas Station Attendant, Circuit Processor, Account Reconcilement Agent, Office Manager and finally, Assistant Manager for the Il Sorrento Mobile Home Park where she resided. It was here where she met many people who loved and cared for her as a family. Always a very loving, personal and kind person she would make friends with just about everyone she met. Doris was so easy to talk to random strangers would often end up telling her their life story at the grocery store. Aside from her loving heart, she had an incredible sense of humor. A plaque on her bathroom wall read, “God put me on earth to do a certain number of things, right now I am so far behind, I will never die.” Having touched so many lives, to anyone who knew and loved her, she leaves a hole in our hearts. She will be missed dearly and loved always.
Doris is preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years Gerald Bagley; and her brother Bobby Clark. She leaves behind to live and cherish her beautiful memory Michael and Christi Hyatt, Christopher and Cindy Hyatt, Dorian Bagley, and Damon and Jeannine Bagley; 11 grandchildren and their spouses; 7 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews; and many friends.
The family will like to give a special thank you to Desiree Burgess and Christopher Hyatt for keeping vigil of Doris during her final days. The family wants to give a very special thank you to Crosswinds Church for providing services, Il Sorrento Mobile Home Park for their continuous love and friendship and everyone who has comforted us during this challenging time. Thank you, everyone.
