Dr. Gary Eugene Warren

Dr. Gary Eugene Warren was born on March 21, 1947 in Glendale, California and passed away on January 26, 2020 at home in Menifee, California surrounded by his family.  He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Lorinda Warren; his 3 children and their spouses Jeremy Warren (Casey), Matthew Warren (Shannon), and Larena Hitt (Brad); and seven grandchildren Ethan, Taylor, Blake, Abigail, Makinzie, Averie, & Madelynn.

Dr. Gary was passionate about his work as a psychologist.  He worked for the San Bernardino County School District for over 30 years.  He then was a professor at both Azusa Pacific and Alliant University.  His hobbies included watching UCLA football, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.  He especially loved attending all of his grandchildren’s activities.  He also was able to travel through many countries.  During those trips, he served others through ministry and teaching.  Dr. Gary was a very social person.  Anywhere he went he would strike up conversations, as his ability to connect to people was phenomenal.  Dr. Gary had a great sense of humor and a magnetic personality.  Family and friends alike will miss his helpful heart, loving ways, and kind spirit. 

A memorial Service will be held at a later date.
