Eduardo Arteaga

Eduardo Arteaga was born July 26, 1960, in Tepechitlan Zacatecas, Mexico to Cresenciano Rios and Elvira Arteaga. Eduardo Arteaga, 58, passed away on November 23, 2018, in Perris, California. Eduardo emigrated to the states and became a United States citizen on August 19, 1999. Eduardo got his state license in California for construction. Fluent in Spanish and English, Eduardo loved the simple things in life: food, finances, and family. He was a very hard working responsible person who would also put others needs before himself. Eduardo was also a loving husband for 28 years to Eliselda Arteaga, by which they conceived 5 beloved children: Alejandro, Lucero, Jessica, Eduardo, and Brianna. Eduardo was also the grandfather of 2 beautiful grandchildren, Ryan and Julian. His memory will be cherished by all those whose lives he touched.
