Edward Clinton Woodworth was born in Benton Harbor, Michigan on September 30, 1937. Edward was a twin to his brother Benjamin and they were the second children that Ammi Woodworth and Mildred Loehr were blessed with. In all with their twins Edward and Benjamin, Ammi and Mildred had a total of 4 children. Edward attended High School then went on to join the US Navy at the age of 18, where he served from 1956-1962. He then went in to working in construction where he came to work for a total of 50 years until his retirement.
In 1982, Edward married Almeda Christine Brown. They were blessed with 8 children Edward Jr., Shane, Debbie, Michelle, Diana, Leeandra, Lequita and Sherri. Edward enjoyed playing on his tractors and backhoe and working on his trucks. He loved to be in the outdoors making dust. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed lovingly playing, messing and tormenting his grandchildren. There are many things that Edward will be remembered for, but most importantly, he will be remembered for his singing, dedication, the love that he gave to his family, his strong faith in Jehovah and the promise of resurrection one day. Edward will be dearly missed by his family, friends and all that knew and loved him.
