Born September 7, 1944 to Frances and Richard Alvarez. Passed June 7, 2019. Grew up in Baldwin Park, CA and served in the Air Force as a military policeman in Roswell, New Mexico. James spent most of his life working as a journeyman glazier building the skylines of Los Angeles, CA and Denver, CO. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Pam Alvarez, daughters Melanie, Amber, Karen and Cynthia, son James. Thirteen grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren and sister Gloria.
Jim managed to enjoy life no matter what cards life dealt him. His style and selflessness shined through him. He will be missed by many and forgotten by none. Rest in Peace Jimbo!
