Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 in Menifee, California. She was born on April 29, 1948 in San Francisco, California to the late John and Thelma (Roberts) McKinnon.

Joanie was in sales for a tile and flooring business for 30 years. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and working on ancestry.com. She also enjoyed playing games with friends and family.

She is survived by her loving husband Paul Chipman of Menifee. Her two daughters and their families, Kristi Thomas and Laurie Williams. Her five grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way. Her two siblings, Laurie Lancaster and Mike Marks.

Joanie was always be remember for her fun loving spirit and love for her family and friends.
