Kristen Kelly Marie Wood, born August 12th, 1993, at Riverside Community Hospital to parents Raymond Kelly Wood and Karen Lynn Maitoza, passed away unexpectedly at her home June 25th, 2021, shortly after 8pm. Kristen is survived by her parents, brother, dogs, and adopted sisters and friends who love her very much.

Kristen grew up in Perris, California. She studied culinary arts as well as business and hospitality. Kristen is a beloved daughter, sister, and friend. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Jesus Christ was the center of her life. Kristen was the epitome of ministering. She lived her life in such a way that she lifted all those she encountered. She served others willingly and with a happy heart. She always made the time to help, and always had delicious treats ready to share. Kristen had a love for Harry Potter and was a Gryffindor through and through. She was courageous, chivalrous, and determined.

Kristen will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She will never be fully gone from us as her memory lingers on in our hearts and we will see her again someday.
