Kurt Tompkins was born on November 21, 1954 in Spokane, WA. Kurt was the oldest of two children born to Tom and Sue Tompkins. His sister's name is Darla. He attended high school at Paradise Valley in Phoenix, AZ and graduated with the class of 1973. Soon after, he met the love of his life, Denise. They married in 1976 and together they were blessed with four amazing children: Heather, Leah, Britny and Jim. Kurt worked in the trade show industry in various types of jobs, primarily as a carpenter for 35 years. He was a master woodcrafter and has made so many beautiful pieces throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed riding his Harleys (mostly his Indian), hunting, fishing, enjoyed being outdoors in general but most importantly he loved his family above all.
Kurt will be remembered for his love, his great sense of humor, awesome hair and "bad to the bone" personality!
He passed away peacefully at the age of 63 in Lake Elsinore, CA with his family by his side.
Kurt is preceded in death by his parents and many more loved ones.
