Mary Helen Linden, a beloved matriarch, and vibrant soul, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2023, in Menifee, California. Born on March 15, 1947, in Los Angeles, California, Mary Helen lived a colorful and engaging life, leaving an indelible mark on those who were fortunate to know her.

Famous for her contagious laughter and magnetic personality, Mary Helen was a beacon of love and friendship. Her loving nature was the foundation of her family, creating an atmosphere of warmth and affection that nurtured all who entered her home. She was a woman of many talents, but her ability to cultivate relationships and spread joy was perhaps her most remarkable trait.

Mary Helen's life was characterized by her diverse interests. She was an avid dancer, her movements expressing the joy and energy she carried within her. Karaoke nights were her favorite, where she would sing her heart out, filling the room with her passion and spirit. Her love for her dogs was unparalleled, and she cherished the unwavering companionship they provided. Mary Helen also enjoyed the thrill of the casinos and the immersive world of films, both at the theatre and from the comfort of her home.

Among her many interests, her favorite was undoubtedly caring for her grandchildren. The bond she shared with them was extraordinary, and she took immense pleasure in their growth and achievements. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Monique, Andrew, Steven, Arthur, Briella, Everleigh, Ashley Rose, Noah, Caleb, Kylie, Stevie, Alana, Adrian, Isaiah, Samantha, Frankie, Jesse and Kristina were the light of her life, and she showered them with love and affection at every opportunity.

Mary Helen is survived by her loving children, Sandra Lee Herrera, Steve (Kristin) Mendez, Christopher (Diana) Linden, Tim Linden, Edmond (Lynn) Carmona and Alisia.  They will remember her as a pillar of strength, a source of unwavering support, and a guiding light in their lives. Her legacy of love and friendship will continue to live on through them and their families.  She is also survived by her two siblings, Louie and Carol Murillo.

Her life was a testament to her character - loving, funny, and friendly. Mary Helen had a knack for making people feel special and valued. Her sense of humor was infectious, often lighting up even the most mundane moments. Her friendly demeanor made her a favorite among her friends and family, and she was always the life of the party.

Mary Helen Linden's departure leaves a void in the hearts of those who loved her. Yet, her spirit remains alive in the laughter, joy, and love she spread throughout her life.
