Michael George Mulgrew

Michael George Mulgrew, a kind, friendly, and loving man, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2023, in Menifee, California. Born on July 27, 1946, in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Michael grew to be a man who left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered.

Michael is survived by his wife of 43 years, Wilhelmina "Billie" Mulgrew, his sister, Dianne McNamee, and his sister-in-law, Frances Barnes. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he cherished every moment he spent with them. His love and devotion to his family were evident in his actions and words, and his legacy will live on in their hearts.

Michael was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, where he bravely served his country during the Vietnam War. His experiences in the military shaped his life, leading him to face many health challenges, including PTSD. Despite these hardships, Michael was a beacon of strength and resilience, showing immense courage in the face of adversity. His service to his country will always be remembered and appreciated.

Following his military service, Michael became the owner and operator of "Lock Doc", a locksmith business in Menifee, California.  Michael had a passion for model trains. This hobby allowed him to unwind and escape into a world of miniature landscapes and tiny machines. His collection was a testament to his patience and attention to detail. Despite being a quiet and reserved man by nature, Michael's love for his hobby allowed him to connect with others who shared his passion.

Michael was a man of many virtues. He was kind-hearted, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His friendly demeanor and warm smile made him a joy to be around. He was a loving husband, brother, and friend, always putting the needs of others before his own. His generosity and kindness will forever be remembered by all who knew him.
