Oscar Estrada Navarro

Oscar E. Navarro, 70, of Moreno Valley, California, passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 22, 2021 after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his children Kathleen, Mark, Karen, and his grandchildren Aiko, Zara, Jack, Rosalie, and Madeleine. He served 23 years in the Navy and retired as a Naval Chief.  He worked as an Immigration Officer for 17 years thereafter. He was a loving father, grandfather, husband, and friend. Oscar will be missed immensely.
