Rex Leroy Manley

Rex Leroy Manley, 78, of Nuevo CA, peacefully passed away on August 24th, 2021. 
Rex was born on May 9th, 1943 to Leroy and Irene Manley in the small town of Paulding, Ohio. He was the third oldest of seven children.

He loved horses and as a young man he made a name for himself as a jockey at racetracks all over the northeast.  He later concentrated on training horses for the track and retired from Three Ring Ranch in Beaumont, CA.  

Once retired, Rex kept busy and worked hard caring for his farm animals that included cows, goats, pigs, chickens, and for a sort time, emus.  He cultivated a large vegetable garden twice a year and canned all the extra produce himself.

He was predeceased by his parents and four younger siblings.  He is survived by his wife Vicki, and daughters Rhonda Gail, Billie Jo, and Jessica. Also his sister Judy and brother Harry.
