Robert Allen Lester

Robert was born November 9, 1960 in Fairfield, IL to Robert Cook and Jane Blake. Most of his upbringing was in Santa Ana, Ca.  Robert enjoyed all sports involving water and the ocean.  He graduated from Saddleback High School where he participated on the water polo team and would almost daily find a way to make it to the beach for an afternoon surfing or scuba diving session.

He began his college years studying to become a radiology technician but ultimately began his own carpet cleaning business and flipping real estate properties.  For the last few years, he was disabled and spent most of his time gardening, fishing and most of all spending fun times with his Uncle Paul Blake.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Fred Lester and sister, Patty Lester.  He is survived by his mother and stepfather Michael & Jane Proud, his son Robert Lester Jr., partner Destinee Redmon, his beautiful 2yr old granddaughter Amalia Lester, brother Rick Lester, sister Jenny Fisher, sister Tedi Haid, sister Geri Scharwath, sister Kim Willman, sister Amy Kaminskas and sister Sabrina Andrade.
