Family was at the heart of Rosalie's life. She was a devoted wife to her husband of 63 years, Gene Owens. Together, they created a loving family with their children Ginny Lynn Owens and Steve Owens. She was preceded in death by her daughter Pamela. Rosalie's family extended beyond her immediate relations, and she was a cherished grandmother to three grandchildren and a loving great-grandmother to four great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sister, Sharon, who shared many of her life's joys and challenges.
