Rosalie was a proud graduate of Hanford High School. She dedicated 30 years of her life to serving her community as a bus driver for the City of Orange Transit. Her friendly demeanor and warm smile were a comforting presence for many commuters over the years. She was an active member of the Elks Lodge, where she formed enduring friendships and worked tirelessly to support community initiatives.

Family was at the heart of Rosalie's life. She was a devoted wife to her husband of 63 years, Gene Owens. Together, they created a loving family with their children Ginny Lynn Owens and Steve Owens. She was preceded in death by her daughter Pamela. Rosalie's family extended beyond her immediate relations, and she was a cherished grandmother to three grandchildren and a loving great-grandmother to four great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sister, Sharon, who shared many of her life's joys and challenges.

Throughout her life, Rosalie was an avid traveler. She relished the opportunity to explore new places in her motorhome alongside her beloved husband, Gene. This shared passion provided them with countless adventures and memories, which they loved to recount to their friends and family.
