He was predeceased by his loving adoptive parents, Thomas W Danby Jr. and Ursula Danby, whom he is most grateful for being part of the Danby family.

Timothy proudly served his country as a sergeant in the US Marine Corps. After his service, he transitioned to a career as a truck driver for 12 years, where he continued to demonstrate his strong work ethic and dedication. His commitment to his work and his colleagues was highly respected and admired by those who knew him.

A devout Catholic, Timothy was a 3rd-degree member of the Knights of Columbus and an active member of Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church in Banning, California. His faith played a significant role in his life, and his love for the Mother Mary was evident in his devotion to the songs "Amazing Grace" and "Ave Maria." His faith and involvement in the church community brought him great joy and provided him with a strong sense of purpose.

Timothy had a diverse range of interests that showcased his creative and curious nature. He was an avid model train collector, a hobby that allowed him to connect with fellow enthusiasts and share in the excitement of discovering new pieces for his collection. His love for woodworking was another way he channeled his creativity, and his skilled craftsmanship was admired by many. Additionally, Timothy had a deep appreciation for Celtic music, which brought him comfort and happiness throughout his life.

He lived 10 wonderful years with his wife Rhodylyn.
