Victoriano “Victor” Gonzalez was born in Miami, Arizona on August 11, 1924 and passed away at home in Moreno Valley, California on April 12, 2021, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife, of 65 years, Esther Gonzalez; 5 children Marty (Rena), Andy, Mary, Rebecca (John) and Matthew; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; Sisters Janie, Josie, Alice, & Rosa; and many nieces & nephews.
Victor proudly served his country in both the US Air Force and the Army. He worked as a custodian for the Los Angeles Unified School District for 17 years. Victor enjoyed playing cards, watching old Westerns, and doing crossword puzzles. He had a great sense of humor and was extremely likable. His tough, but sweet spirit will be missed.
Services will be held at Moreno Christian Assembly on Thursday, May 20, 2021. A viewing will start at 10:00 a.m. with services at 11:30 a.m. A graveside service with military honors will be held at Riverside National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m., following the church services.
